Called on the Carpet because words matter.

Big Guy just called Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano into his office and really chewed her out. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this mad … ever.

What set him off was a speech Napolitano gave where she referred to terrorist attacks as “man-caused disasters”, and her insistence to the media that going forward this term is what will be used by the Obama Administration to avoid playing the politics of fear.

I’ve never been so proud of Big Guy than when he laid into Janet, telling her “man-caused disasters” was unacceptable under any circumstances. Going forward, we’ll be using “individual-caused disaster” to ensure we fulfill our pledge to our fellow citizens of the world that we will be a gender-neutral Administration.

Janet Porter, writing for WorldNetDaily.com, raises additional issues. This may be convoluted, but it is well-worth examining, if only to see the tangled web Obama has woven for himself and the American people.

“‘There’s the matter that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, Southern India and Kenya in 1981. He said he went to Indonesia to see his mother. This seemed plausible, except for the fact that his mother returned to Hawaii in August of 1980 to file for a divorce from her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. Unless she went back to pal around with the man she divorced, she wasn’t there at the time of Obama’s visit.”

“‘There’s another problem. No record of Obama holding an American passport prior to the one he received once becoming a U.S. senator has been found. If he traveled to Pakistan with an American passport, he wouldn’t have been allowed in – since Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and under martial law. It was also on the State Department’s travel ban list for U.S. citizens… . If he couldn’t get into Pakistan with a U.S. passport, perhaps he went there with an Indonesian passport. But the only way you can get one of those is if you are an Indonesian citizen.'”

Only in America ……do drugstores make the sick walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.

Only in America …..do people order double cheeseburgers, large fries, and a diet coke.

Only in America …..do banks leave both doors open and then chain the pens to the counters.

Both ideas are Brainless Barry at his best/worst. One of eight mortgages are delinquent or in foreclosure. The S&P Index just gave the strongest sell signal of the last hundred years.

Barack Obama’s plans will make everybody think there is no penalty for cheating on your finances, whether it is in business, your banks, your mortgages, car loans, whatever, nothing matters, Brainless Barry will bail you out.

We need programs to reward personal responsibility, not misbehavior.

We need people who do not pay to lose their homes, and businesses to go bankrupt. Why are not all the crooked executives getting fired and prosecuted?

I scrimped, budgeted, planned and saved, yet i am the only class being punished. I cannot earn any interest on my savings. My stocks are worth Obama’s BS ass droppings. Obama is going to increase my income taxes, capital gain taxes (on what?) and his cow fart tax and carbon tax is going to inflate what I pay for oatmeal and bananas, electricity, etc.

Who killed America?

How do we find a real President to lead this country?

This welfare leech baby promised us “NO MORE EARMARKS” and he sends us a spending bill wasting $8 billion on 8,000 earmarks while the $5 trillion deficit will strangle the economy for the rest of our lives?

It is not possible for us to even pay the interest on his brainless spending, so the size of the debt will grow every year as the interest is added on, and on, and on.

Liar, liar, pants on fire!

“Change we can believe in” turns out to only be changing/increasing the deficit by 10,000 percent.

The high spending Republican Congress that we voted out suddenly seems like Conservative penny pinchers.

America is lost.

Help!

Welfare leech Nadya Suleman could not get a home to live in without fraud and leeching off her bankrupt mother. She lied to Dr. Phil and claimed she did not want multiples, she just wanted one more baby.

Give her the benefit of the doubt, which is what the State of California has been doing for many years, and assume she is telling the truth (not likely).

So she only wanted a singleton birth.

But wait. She lived in a home (a) that is not hers and (b) is $23,000 behind on the mortgage. So she was not able to provide a home for her first six brats.

And she “needed” a seventh?

She has not worked for around ten years; got a questionable workman’s comp claim (whiplash from a desk?); foodstamps; Aid to Dependent Children; and Aid to the Disabled.

Her bankrupt Mom says Nadya never helped with the mortgage.

And she got $30,000 of plastic surgery and “needed” a seventh child?

Should Medicaid be amended to have mandatory abortions required of serial welfare frauds?

Can America afford monsters like this when OBambi is mortgaging our children for more and more welfare.

Should Obama’s food stamp mother been forced to have an abortion?

Is the term “Global Warming” or “US Warming?” Obama’s new carbon tax is only on US employers. China and India, etc., get to keep on polluting, while Obama makes US companies pay a carbon tax.

So US businesses now have to pay yet another tax that their foreign competitiors do not, futher pricing American goods out of the world markets.

For Acorn members, let me explain that. The more anything Made In America costs, the less people buy it. People will buy the cheaper stuff made in China where there is no carbon tax.

This means less jobs in America.

It also means MORE GLOBAL WARMING because everything will be made in nations that have no pollution controls.

So why doesn’t Obama have a global tax on carbon dioxide?

Good work, food stamp president!

You found another way to reduce jobs in America and turn our recession into a full blown depression.

Change You Can Believe In.

The PhD commenter below has refused to understand that the actions of Presidents Carter and Clinton, in cooperation with a young lawyer named Barack Obama, more than ten years ago could have caused a legal and moral situation that built up over time and finally fed upon itself in the financial excesses that are destroying the entire world today.

This PhD believed that, since the thirty year trend of building, self-nourishing, moral and financial disease, combined with Carter’s CRA that requires banks to lend more and more to unqualified buyers, reached a fevered peak during Bush’s administration, that Bush was the cause of the disaster.

He cannot comprehend that CCCCO (CuCoo Carter Clinton and Obama) created the legal framework and regulatory environment that enabled and even DEMANDED the financial misbehavior of the apocalypse.

While Bush is certainly guilty of being too stupid to perceive the disease and cut it short, so are all the people that Obama has appointed to cure it. For example, Tim Geithner, whom Obama calls the only man who can save us, was in fact asleep at the switch when he, as head of the New York Federal Reserve Bank,  was in charge on preventing the collapse, and DID NOT. Yet Obama relies on Timmie for our salvation?

Here is the medical educator argueing with me on the efficiency of our medical system. Is it no wonder that the students who come out of our current educational system vote for the food stamp president?

Medical Second Opinions

PhD Commenter: Since I have a Ph.D., it doesn’t intimidate me in the least. (that I disagreed with him)

Host: That you claim a PhD is not surprising – you should get a refund from your schools, undergraduate and high schools, as well as PhD factories.

Don’t get me started on the incompetence of doctors and the failures of the US Medical Educational System.

PhD Commenter:  Sure, go on about the medical education system, as if you really know anything about it. The most you have is a few personal anecdotes. Let’s hear them, and I’m sure they’ll have nothing to do with the doctor’s education or medical knowledge, but what the heck.

Host: Regarding doctors’ competency and the state of the medical profession, more than one third of the time we get a second opinion, it recommends different treatment.

That is not acceptable.

PhD Commenter:  And yes, it is acceptable. It is very acceptable. For one thing, when a second opinion is sought, either the diagnosis or the treatment is in question. For any given set of symptoms and test results, there is often more than one possible diagnosis. For any given diagnosis, there is almost always more than one option for treatment. That is just the way it is and will continue to be as long as medicine is advancing. It is even the truth that one medical institution gets better results with one treatment and another gets better results with another.

Host: One of my biggest gripes is how dysfunctional our college system is, and how our Food Stamp President keeps throwing more money into it instead of shutting it down and starting all over

Well, you certainly make me feel better.

Thanks for that treatment.

But seriously, if I understand your comment, if I am receiving a treatment from one facility and am not getting good results, then I could go to another doctor and get the same treatment with a different result?

And if I go for a second opinion, then I might get another variety of treatment from a third facility.

And if that does not go well, perhaps a fourth facility could give the second treatment with different results than the third facility?

Is there a limit on the number of places/doctors I need to see/pay before I get cured? Or before I get killed?

Does the scientific principle of replicable results enter into this?

By the way, four doctors and four treatment/outcomes for the same medical condition/disease are not as unusual as anyone might think/fear!

Many patients see more than four doctors before getting correctly diagnosed and cured.

The newspapers, golf clubs, condo associations, country clubs and the internet are full of histories that take many, many doctors before a cure is encountered.

It is not acceptable to dismiss such things as “that is the way it is” or as merely “anecdotal evidence.”

Actually, many doctors admit that three or more doctors may be required before finding the working/curing treatment for 15 to 20 percent of patients.

My own family’s “anecdotal” evidence consists of more than thirty doctors for four people covering 95 years, and includes three instances (for four people) where doctors insisted on immediate operations that were not necessary or appropriate. Did they teach the spelling of “malpractice” in your PhD thesis?

One doctor screamed at me at the top of his voice that if I did not let him operate on me tomorrow, I would die.

I refused and am living very happily. Another doctor cured the condition with antibiotics costing $47 compared to the $30,000 the surgeon wanted to waste, forget the pain, suffering, and risks of surgery, including the very real risk of infection in our filthy hospitals.

Our family declined all three operations, and has lived very healthily without them, although it did take three doctors a bit longer to pay off their yachts.

I believe our medical schools, doctors, and medical boards are in need of even more drastic reform than our financial and governmental systems, all of which are so broken they cannot be fixed, but need to be totally discarded and reinvented.

PS Later the “Educator Of Doctors” Replied that one way to improve medicine was to give doctors free magazine subscriptions.

Presumably they might read them on their yachts bought with unnecessary operations.

Nobody in their right mind should buy a house today. If you have to relocate, you should rent, not buy. Home prices just keep dropping as Obama gives confidence to nobody.

Sales of existing homes unexpectedly plunged in January to the lowest level in nearly 12 years as pessimism about the economy grew. sales nationwide fell 7.6 percent from a year earlier. The median sales price in January plunged to $170,300, down 14.8 percent from $199,800 a year earlier and from $175,700 in December. It was the lowest price since March 2003 .

Historically, real estate corrections take prices back ten years, and so far prices are only back six years, to 2003 levels.

So it is too early to buy based on past cycles.

But this is worse than past cycles because the government is meddling with the free market, thereby artificially prolonging and deeping the decline.

If the government stopped bailing out deadbeats, the market might stabilize within a year at perhaps 15 percent lower prices.

But with the Food Stamp President keeping the free market from working, the decline will last longer.

Obama must shut down Fannie Mae and Ginne Mae and ban the sale of securitized mortgage backed securities.
